How much time should I allow for my order to arrive?
Individual website orders are usually shipped in 5-7 business days. Some larger, more complex orders, orders that are custom or orders shipped directly from an Villager Artists may take longer. You will be notified via the email address you provided during checkout as to the approximate arrival of your order.
What are your shipping costs?
Our standard shipping cost is $4.95 on all items, unless otherwise noted. Any jewelry purchase over $150 will include FREE Standard Shipping.
Can I choose Expedited Shipping for my order?
We do offer a 2 Day express ship option. The additional charge is $20.00 or 25% (whichever is greater) on the regular retail price of all items before tax. Your order will arrive by the end of the second business day if your order is placed by 1pm central standard time. To place an order using our Expedited Shipping Service, please call 1-888-350-2841.
How can I secure the delivery of my order?
For an additional charge of $3.50 we will upgrade your FedEx shipping to require a signature upon delivery. You will be able to track your FedEx shipments with or without a signature. We will email you tracking information at the email address you provided with your order at the time your order ships.
What shipping methods do you use?
Our packages are sent Monday-Friday through US postal service and FedEx. Order typically ship by 3pm the next day and arrive within 5-7 days unless specified on your order as shipping directly from a Villager Artist. In this case, your order will ship as stated on the product page and at checkout. Can I pick my order up in the store?
Yes, you can pick up your order at The Villager if you select IN STORE PICK UP as your shipping method during checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please allow 48-72 hours to 2 Business Days for in store pick up. The Villager is open Monday through Saturday from 10am – 6pm with extended hours after Thanksgiving during the holiday season.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Since all orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via air service there is an additional charge. Unfortunately expedited shipping is not offered to Alaska and Hawaii. To enquire about our shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii, please call 1-888-350-2841.
Do you offer Gift Wrap Options?
Make it a Gift! Add our signature gift wrap to your purchase for $5.00 per item. Each item is wrapped in a colorful box with a hand tied ribbon or for smaller items they will be wrapped in a custom made jute gift bag with tissue and ribbon. Our Village people will choose the best wrap for your gift. We will also include a complimentary gift message if you like. Our customers say they love the special touches we add to make each gift look like a very special surprise. Gift wrap may not be available for all items.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns can be exchanged for a new selection or a store credit within two weeks of purchase on all non-sale and custom ordered items, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. I have lost 1 earring. What should I do?
We understand that losing an earring can be upsetting and we will do our best to help you find a new mate. Please contact us via phone (1-888-350-2841) or email
for availability, pricing information and a return authorization number. Before you return the remaining earring to us, we will contact the Artist to ensure a new mate can be created. Many earrings are limited edition pieces and are no longer in production or an artist may feel that creating a perfect match is not possible and will suggest purchasing a new pair is a better and more affordable option. If a new mate is possible, please mail the remaining earring to 104 North College Street, Auburn, AL 36830 Attn: website repair and we will take care of the rest. We will contact you for credit card information before returning your completed pair.
How are items selected for inclusion in your gallery on your website?
The Villager welcomes artists to submit artwork for review. Artists are reviewed quarterly. Please visit the Artist Submission page of our site to complete the contact and information section.
